We act as a sub-contractor to some 300 Nordic manufacturers who need quick service, creative production knowledge, short lead times and cost-effective production.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h5 h-upper\">Automatic pressure-turning<\/h3>\n<p>Hermanders has 10 automatic pressure lathes able to handle items up to 1,800 mm in diameter (max. workpiece size).<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h5 h-upper\">Manual pressure-turning<\/h3>\n<p>Manual pressure-turning is a craft performed with great knowledge and experience by our workforce.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h-upper h5\">Sheet working<\/h3>\n<p>Hermanders also handles sheet working, including bending, punching and welding.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h-upper h5\">Our machinery for sheet working<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10 eccentric presses<\/li>\n<li>5 hydraulic presses<\/li>\n<li>6 edge turning machines<\/li>\n<li>6 curve shears<\/li>\n<li>3 straight shears<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h-upper h5\">Tool manufacture<\/h3>\n<p>Hermanders has its own tool workshop where we produce tools to meet specific requests from our customers.\u00a0We also have a large warehouse where we can store the tools.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h1\">Capacity<\/h2>\n<p class=\"lead\">At T\u00f6reboda we have 20 staff, with 10 automatic pressure lathes and equipment for deep drawing and hydro-mechanical forming at pressures up to 250 tonnes.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h-upper h5\">Dimensions of pieces before processing<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Circular products: 15 mm &#8211; 1,800 mm.<\/li>\n<li>Rectangular products: max. 1,100 x 1,100 mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"gallery-1\"
